A New Instagram Account, Built Around the Art

For years, my primary Instagram account at @scottallenwilson has been built around the trips themselves -sequential series from each city, the insights and anecdotes behind specific shots, the b-roll, the stories that frame why a particular image exists. It’s a working travel photographer’s feed. Photograflâneur in practice. That account is not going anywhere, and the way it tells stories is not changing.

But the fine art itself, the prints that hang in homes and businesses around the world, has always lived inside that broader trip-by-trip narrative. And while that’s worked for a long time, the catalog and the business around it have grown to a point where they deserve their own dedicated space.

So today I’m opening one.

@shop.scottallenwilson is the new Instagram account built specifically around the fine art. It’s where I’ll share new releases, featured work and the stories behind specific pieces, mockups of prints in real interiors, and updates from the installations and exhibitions happening in hospitality, office, and retail spaces. The prints, the placements, the work in real spaces -all of it, in one focused feed.

Two accounts, two purposes. The primary stays what it has always been: travel narratives, city by city, with the photographer’s perspective threaded throughout. The new one is squarely about the art -for collectors browsing for their home, and for the businesses I partner with on curated exhibitions, acquisitions, and full-service installations.
