Well, someone sure is excited! I’m excited for you too 🙂

I personally process each order individually to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Having that said, please allow up to 5 working days for orders to be processed, and an additional 7-10 working days for orders to be delivered. Sometimes your order will arrive sooner, sometimes a little later if things happen that are out of my control. We are in the middle of a pandemic after all. Thanks in advance for your patience!

LET'S TALK PAYMENTS

To be honest, I’m more interested in making sure your payment information is safe than trying to accept all payment types. Having that said, I believe the processor I use (Stripe) can accept the following cards.

VISA
VISA Debit
MasterCard
Discover
JCB
American Express

If you would like to pay with an alternative method online, feel free to let me know and I can let you know if / how it would be possible.

I can also personally accept a variety of cryptocurrencies as payment like DOGECOIN, as an example. If you would like to pay with cryptocurrency, that’s awesome! Please contact me directly 🙂

In plain English, once your order is processed, all products are non refundable and cannot be returned.

If a product you receive is damaged, or is simply not what you were expecting, I will do my best to take care of you and offer you an alternative option in the form of some kind of store credit, or a replacement at a discounted rate. I fully stand by all of my work, and I’m confident that if you’re willing to work with me we will find a solution in the event that there are any product-quality related issues. In the event that you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase, I will offer a 85% refund to the card that you purchased your products(s) with. Refunds for eligible orders cancelled within 24 hours will be processed within 3 business days.

LET'S TALK PRODUCTS

Great question! If you have a specific print or frame size/color in mind for one of my prints that is not listed as being available, please send me a custom request. Custom request forms are available on each product page, or alternatively, you can send me a message through the Contact Form on my website as well.

Aw, shucks.
It’s so glad to know I’ve got some real fans out there!

All of the prints purchased on my website will come with a digital reproduction of my signature that I’ve digitally created myself, with a graphic tablet. If you would like to have a “real” signature on the print you are purchasing, please send me a custom request. The reason why I have opted to not personally sign all of my prints is simply due to logistics, additional expenses, and an increase in time from you placing your order to receiving the BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF ART you will love. In the future if demand for signed or limited edition prints increases, then I will consider making a more streamlined option available on my website. <3

I will ship you the items that you have ordered, which could be either one or multiple framed pieces of art. Unless specified in a custom request, or commissioned work, I do not sell, ship, or offer products that are not currently listed on my website.

To be specific- all images on my website containing framed or matted images may be purely intended to be viewed as examples for design or inspiration-related purposes. The products that I have for sale are only those listed in my shop Here.

If you have any questions in regards to this, please contact me through the Contact Form on my website before placing your order.

You’re right, some photos do look great in Black and White! For this kind of request, please send me a custom request. Custom request forms are available on the website on each product page, or alternatively, you can send me a message through the Contact Form on my website as well.

The short answer is, no. All screens display image brightness, color saturation and contrast a bit differently, so you shouldn’t expect to receive the exact same piece of art as the image you see online- which is actually pretty exciting!

Seeing a printed and framed piece of art in person that you can hold in your hands is such a magical experience. The important thing, as an artist, is ensuring that what I produce and what I expect you to receive are one in the same.

For those interested- the way that I control this is via two methods. First, my computer monitor is calibrated to match that of the print lab I work with- that way we both see the same image, colors, saturation, brightness, etc., before my prints go to the printer. The second way I control this is that I also occasionally order a variety of print proofs to make sure all colors, saturation levels, and image brightness are looking good…and so far so good! In regards to the frames- they are honestly amazing, and the quality is so high that I have yet to receive anything but praise.

LET’S TALK ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE

TELL ME ABOUT YOUR DOG

Well, I could go on and on. Here’s some basic facts though!

His name is Banksy. He has his own Instagram account @BravoBanksy.

His birthday is June 1st, 2018. I adopted him in November 2019 from a rescue in Poggibonsi, Italy. It’s speculated that he is a mix between an Italian Spinone and a Schnauzer. He is a famous resident street (ground and wall) artist in Florence, Italy. He’s also exceptionally talented at shredding pieces of art

He is very cute, afraid of mostly everything, and he is obsessed with nature.

@bravobanksy

Well, if you insist.

His favorite toys are his giraffe, and his carrot. Okay, wait. He ate the carrot. Now he cannot choose between the giraffe and the literal BUCKET of toys he has to share with his best friend Jack.

When Banksy knows we’re about to leave the house, but perhaps I’m taking too long- he makes sounds that sound something similar to a squeaky door, followed by a dramatic sigh of epic proportions. It’s hilarious. He then proceeds to jump around like a fox-kangaroo in anticipation of exiting the house.

He is a very, very good boy, and also a very dramatic dog. In fact- he is probably giving me the side eye, even as I write these things about him.
