All products are shipped directly from the lab. The package is very high quality and robust, so your purchase arrives safely. When your item has been sent you will receive a tracking number.

Every piece of art is custom made to order, and therefore we need extra time to prepare and ship it. Please allow up to 5 working days for orders to be processed, and an additional 7-10 working days for orders to be delivered.

The sizing of the art, frame and passe-partout have all been personally selected by me to best emphasize the work. If you would like to make changes to the standard options, please send me a custom request directly from the art product page or contact me via the Contact Form on the website.

Example of custom requests:

• Changing the art from black and white to color, or vice versa,
• Enlarging or shrinking the art size,
• Making the art matte,
• Changing the color of the frame or passe-partout. 

Please include the name of the art that you would like to customize. 

Digitally, yes. Each of the prints of my website include a digitally mastered version of my signature. I have personally looked through each print and decided where to place it.

If you would like to have a “real” signature on the print you are purchasing, please send me a custom request via the product page or contact form.

The art listed on my shop are all prints of photographs which I have taken. They are printed on museum grade paper designed to last 100+ years.

The short answer is, no. All screens display image brightness, color saturation and contrast a bit differently, so you shouldn’t expect to receive the 100% exact same piece of art as the image you see online.

However, the item you hold in your hand will be exactly as I intended it to be. My computer monitor is calibrated to match that of the print lab. This ensures that we see the same image, colors, saturation, brightness, etc., before anything is printed.

For quality assurance, I order a variety of print proofs to double check the details and quality.
