Refund Policy

In plain English, once your order is processed, all products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. The processing time for all orders is 24 hours.

The reason I have this policy is due to the fact that every product I sell is a piece of art that is custom-made to order. Once production has started, this means no refunds are possible.

If the piece of art you purchased arrives damaged, please contact me directly to see if you qualify for a replacement. If what you receive in the mail is not what you were expecting, I will do my best to take care of you and offer you an alternative option in the form of some kind of store credit, or a replacement at a discounted rate. I fully stand by all of my work, and I’m confident that if you’re willing to work with me we will find a solution in the event that there are any product-quality related issues. In the event that you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase, I will offer a 85% refund to the card that you purchased your products(s) with. Refunds for eligible orders cancelled within 24 hours will be processed within 3 business days.
