This artistic photograph was captured in the colorful streets of Naples, Italy by Photographer and Digital Artist, Scott Allen Wilson. The image shows the assymetry and texture of mountains that portray the spirit of this vibrant city. The print has been realized on Fuji Crystal Archive paper, and is displayed underneath a glossy float glass, surrounded by a beautiful natural oak floater wood frame. Every element of this piece was individually selected with intention as being a part of a unified piece of art.
I think this print perfectly encapsulates the essence and the energy of Naples, Italy. I hope you love it 🙂

Every artwork I release carries a story with it, from moments of wonder and human connection to the long hours spent waiting for the image I envision. I finish each piece by hand with care, and 15% of every purchase is donated to charity because this work is about giving back as much as it is about creating.
Once you’ve chosen a piece that resonates with you, I personally prepare it for printing and curate every detail of the final presentation. While the song of the same name isn’t about this funicular in particular, as it was written about the first one to be constructed to arrive to the peak of Mt. Vesuvius- I found it fitting as the colors present in this scene also match the vibrance of the song 🙂
